L: mustard glazed roasted chicken thighs, candied carrots with dates (yummy!)
D: remainder of the "crustless quiche", bone broth with veggies

The "crustless quiche" didn't turn out so well, apparently I prefer frittatas with meat rather than just zucchini and yellow squash. I had to try the recipe once, that was enough.

Today:

B: Last of the mustard glazed roasted chicken thighs, candied carrots with dates, 1 slice bacon
L: will be mustard glazed roasted chicken leg, spinach salad
D: Who knows yet? Grocery shopping planned unless my bike gets too enticing

The mustard glaze method works quite nicely, especially for skinless/boneless chicken which is bland anyway. Also works well for skin on/bone in.
