Good job on the race, K!I'm at least 3-4 min/mi slower on the trails than on the road. I'm far too clumsy to run with any speed when bone breakage is ever-so-close at hand.
I did 6 miles on the trail today. Felt good. Recovery is coming along nicely. Once I get an hour into a run, I really start loosening up and feeling good. It takes that long to get to feeling comfortable, tho.
