Today:
B: eggs with spinach and mushrooms, bacon, coffee
1 hour fun and challenging workout
S: banana muffin cup (very simple and yummy - just has banana, egg, almond butter and a bit of baking soda - mash together and microwave in a coffee cup for 2 minutes)
L: Ox Tail stew with roasted veggies, and roasted brussels sprouts on the side, 1 beer
D: ? Probably some left over Lemon-Artichoke chicken from last night and veggies or some chicken bone broth with chicken, bok choy and mushrooms.
This cooking stuff is becoming fun - and no problem staying under my calorie targets (sometimes too far under...)
