Trail run/race today. I don't have much opportunity to run on trails, wish I did, therefore I often sign up for organized races. Did a 10K today. Now I did run 12 mies on the road yesterday. I am still feeling slow and my endurance and not where it should be. But this was pretty fun. I did not push myself, well maybe here and there. Of course they like to throw in some incline/declines that take a rope to help guide you down or pull you up. I think when I am running "fast" and right now I"m not a 1 hour 6 min 10K is pretty good. So did this in 1 hr and 19 min...I'll take that. I am sure feeling the 18 miles in 2 days. Plus we wen to college football game last night and this today after the race did lots of house work. I need another day off just to rest!
