Did about 7 this morning. Oddly, running does not hurt my foot, but walking does. Guess I know I'm definitely not heel-striking anymore! Still disappointed with my current pace. 2 weeks before my marathon, I could run 5 miles at ~8:30 min/mile when I was feeling motivated...now, anything faster than 10, for any distance, feels awful. Hopefully it's temporary.

I'm at least 3-4 min/mi slower on the trails than on the road. I'm far too clumsy to run with any speed when bone breakage is ever-so-close at hand.
