Yesterday:
B: bacon, scrambled eggs with spinach, onion and mushrooms, coffee
1 hour hard group training session
L: roasted chicken, bone broth with lots of veggies
D: last of the braised short ribs, sauteed mustard greens with onions and mushrooms
Today:
B: sausage/veggie frittata, coffee
30 minute personal training session, 20 minute lower-body workout
L: big spinach salad with veggies, walnut oil dressing. Roasted chicken
I wouldn't mind getting in an easy ride tonight, or some easy spinning on the trainer, we will see how my legs feel. If not tonight, then early tomorrow morning. My knee is FINALLY recovered and I can get back to riding YAYYYYYY!
Dinner tonight will likely be some combination of bone broth, beef (shank), and veggies.
