60 minute HARD group workout
L: Ground lamb burger on a small Portebella mushroom "bun" with bacon, lettuce, dijon mustard; 7-8 oven baked sweet potato "fries"
D: braised short ribs with remaining 6-7 baked sweet potato fries, chicken bone broth with carrots and mustard greens
