    I haven't been posting here, as I hate to be the only one posting. I've been eating much less, with DH away, until last night when I went to friends' house for dinner.
    Saturday:
    sandwich on a whole wheat bagel, with 2 slices low salt ham and a slice of low fat provolone, an orange
    34 mile very hilly ride, during which I ate 2/3 of a Luna Bar, had a bottle of Nuun, and ate a baggie half full of nuts, cranberries, chocolate after the ride. Then I raked leaves for 2 hours .
    L: 4 chicken slices, cole slaw, an apple
    D: 1/4 lb Coho salmon, kale, salad with walnuts, cranberries, goat cheese, balsamic vinegar , glass of red wine

    Sunday:
    B: 2 eggs scrambled with a corn tortilla, kale, salsa, 2 slices of turkey bacon, an orange
    ran 2 miles on the treadmill
    L: chicken salad made with Greek yogurt, cranberries, almonds
    D: went to friends' had one beer, one glass of wine. Haddock cooked in parchment with parsley/lemon, over brown rice, green beans, and a big salad. Ate a chocolate chip/blueberry square pastry for dessert

    Yesterday:

    B: eggs scrambled with a small amount of left-over chicken and artichokes; bacon; coffee with cream

    60 minute HARD group workout

    L: Ground lamb burger on a small Portebella mushroom "bun" with bacon, lettuce, dijon mustard; 7-8 oven baked sweet potato "fries"

    D: braised short ribs with remaining 6-7 baked sweet potato fries, chicken bone broth with carrots and mustard greens

    yoga
    B: egg whites, kale, Mexican cheese, salsa, coffee, an orange
    S: nuts and cranberries
    L: cup of low salt corn soup, 3 slices of chicken rolled up with mayo, an apple
    S: slice of Ezekial raisin bread, toasted
    D: (after the power went out) 4 turkey meatballs, with marinara, 2 glasses of red wine, and a few whole wheat pita rounds before the power came back on

    Tuesday:
    2 mile run on treadmill
    B: 2 eggs scrambled with a corn tortilla, cheddar, orange pepper, an orange, coffee
    L: turkey burger patty, 2 slices of tomato, 1/4 avocado, cole slaw, blueberries
    S: slice of Ezekial brea with hummus
    D: chicken breast in balsamic vinegar, broccolini, sweet potato, 2 squares dark chocolate

    Yesterday:

    B: bacon, scrambled eggs with spinach, onion and mushrooms, coffee
    L: bone broth with lots of veggies, chicken leg & thigh
    S: banana
    D: (at a friends house) salad with lots of yummy veggies and a sliced chicken breast hot off the grill. 1 beer.

    1 hour hard group training session
    L: roasted chicken, bone broth with lots of veggies
    D: last of the braised short ribs, sauteed mustard greens with onions and mushrooms



    Today:
    B: sausage/veggie frittata, coffee
    30 minute personal training session, 20 minute lower-body workout
    L: big spinach salad with veggies, walnut oil dressing. Roasted chicken

    I wouldn't mind getting in an easy ride tonight, or some easy spinning on the trainer, we will see how my legs feel. If not tonight, then early tomorrow morning. My knee is FINALLY recovered and I can get back to riding YAYYYYYY!

    Dinner tonight will likely be some combination of bone broth, beef (shank), and veggies.

    I'm trying to get back to three squares again. It's almost working.

    Yesterday:
    B: Coffee and a granola bar. (Spent the morning at the car dealership getting my brakes taken care of. )
    L: Chicken sandwich with cheese, spinach, onion, green peppers and banana peppers. Doritos.
    S: More coffee, a cookie
    D: Chicken, acorn squash (with a tasty dressing!), kale. Apple mini-pie and a bottle of hard cider.
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Yesterday: B: cereal, 1% milk, coffee
    L: 1 leftover hamburger (no bun), 1 apple
    D: roast beef, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, 1 glass red wine
    and, a few pieces of snack candy while handing out halloween candy

    Today:
    B: bowl of corn chex, raspberries, 1% milk
    Snack: 1 small piece of raspberry coffee cake
    Lunch: 1 piece wg bread, roast beef and gravy
    Dinner: I plan to have a salad and grilled chicken breast, 1 glass wine
