The reference range the lab uses is 0.358 - 3.740, so I was literally at the very high end, and I know that the reference ranges are likely to be reduced in the future and some are already using a lower range.

I already felt so much better at 3.74 than I did when over 6. I haven't noticed much difference in how I feel with the decrease to 1.32, but the hair loss is getting better.
