B: sausage/veggie frittata, sliced tomato
1 hour hard group training session
S: macadamia nuts
L: stew meat with a small amount of bone broth, carrots, onion, bok choy
D: chicken bone broth with poached eggs, spinach, carrots, onion, zucchini
(barely made my calorie targets, but not too bad)
