Tuesday:
B: 2 eggs, 4 slices of lox, rolled up with light cream cheese, an orange, coffee
L: 4 slices chicken, sliced tomatoes, avocado slices (3), an apple, coffee
S: nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits
D: went out for DS's 30th birthday... heirloom tomato salad with evoo, polenta with eggplant rague, of which I ate 2/3, one very small piece of bread with marscapone cheese, 2 glasses of red wine, scoop of vanilla and chocolate ice cream
Wednesday:
B: egg whites and avocado, an orange, coffee
yoga class (haven't done that in awhile)
L: bought a prepared thing at the local natural foods market while I waited for the cobbler to repair a shoe (this is why I love small town living); combo of sweet potato, black beans, cilantro olive oil
S: nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits
D: 2 red peppers stuffed with ground turkey made with Mexican type spices, sauteed kale and avocado, 2 pieces dark chocolate
