B: Sausage/Veggie Frittata, 1 slice bacon
L: beef bone broth with a bit of stew meat, veggies
D: chicken bone broth with a poached egg, beef, bok choy, onion, sweet potato, mushrooms, carrots.
I am really loving bone broth right now - my body is craving it probably because it is so rich in minerals and it is a nice way to have a quick and hot dinner as the weather cools...
