Snack: mixed berry-white chocolate scone, cup of coffee with milk
Snack: a fresh plum
Dinner: canned clams sauteed with tomato, onion, garlic, red pepper, fresh dill, light eggwhite noodles; side dish of sauteed fresh fennel bulb and cut up apple with fresh thyme and lemon juice; tea with milk
