    B: small, whole wheat dinner roll, dipped in olive oil, 3 slices chicken breast, avocado slices, blueberries, coffee
    L: veggie burger on a spelt roll with tomato and avocado, an apple
    24 mile hilly ride, not so fast, but at the end, my friend's tire blew up (literally), so I sprinted about 3 miles back to her house and went back in my car to get her
    S: nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits
    D: grilled tofu and eggplant in a hoisin sauce
    glass of red wine

    I woke up feeling awful, and my sinuses are rebelling. Could be the reason for my increased hunger and slight weight gain.

    B: wg toast, butter, coffee
    Snack: Banana
    L: leftover meatloaf, roasted potatoes, beets and zucchini
    D: chicken paprika, rice, broccoli, 1 beer

    B: eggs (with mushrooms and kale), bacon, coffee with cream
    1 hour Bosu class
    L: roasted chicken breast with salad greens/veggies and garlicky extra virgin olive oil for dressing
    D: Put off cooking far too late - so poached a couple of eggs in chicken bone broth with kale, spinach, onions, and mushrooms.
    After dinner I had 1 New Holland Poet Stout, 2 squares 85% dark chocolate, and my first fire in the fireplace for the season

    B: cornflakes wth skim milk, fresh raspberries, concord blue grapes; 2 c.of tea with skim

    Snack: mixed berry-white chocolate scone, cup of coffee with milk

    Snack: a fresh plum

    Dinner: canned clams sauteed with tomato, onion, garlic, red pepper, fresh dill, light eggwhite noodles; side dish of sauteed fresh fennel bulb and cut up apple with fresh thyme and lemon juice; tea with milk

    B: 2 egg omelette, low fat cheddar jack, 3 slices uncured bacon, strawberries, coffee
    one bite of a Luna Bar before 20 mile ride
    L: 4 slices of ham, rolled up with light cream cheese (I don't know why I love these), cup of roasted red pepper/tomato soup, an apple
    S:slice of Ezekial raisin bread
    D: (restaurant) mixed green salad with vinaigrette, halibut and root veggies. 2 glasses of red wine

    B: cornflakes skim milk, raspberries and fresh concord grapes. Tea with skim milk

    Snack: 2 little creme puffs, one with pumpkin whipping cream, other hazelnut chocolate cream; coffee with milk
    Snack: quarter piece of whole wheat pita bread, 2 slices of honeydew melon, tea with milk

    D: steamed trout fillet with abit of soy sauce, oil, fresh ginger root, onion and garlic; noodles stir-fried with beet green tops, red pepper, onion, garlid. Boiled green beans on the side. Tea with milk.

    B: 2 eggs, ham, hashbrowns, coffee, oj
    4 hours of tennis (1 bottle gatorade)
    D: BLT (with homegrown tomatoes), tomato soup, 1 beer
    1 piece carrot cake

    Sunday:
    B: 1 piece wg toast, butter, coffee
    L: leftover paprika chicken and rice with broccoli
    SNack: 1 beer
    D: roasted chicken, gravy, dressing (bread, mushrooms, onions, celery, poultry seasoning, hot sauce), chicken broth); green peas, 1 glass chardonnay
    1 piece carrot cake

    Snack: cranberry almond muffin, coffee with milk

    SnacK: tea with milk

    Dinner: roasted squash, tomtoes, red pepper, red onion, garlic, roasted red beets. With light noodles. Tea with milk; red fresh plum.
