1 hour workout, vegan protein shake afterwards
L: 4 ounces arm roast, sauteed kale/bok choy
S: a few macadamia nuts + 6 dried unsweetened cherries
D: 1/2 baked acorn squash and sauteed collards/turnip/mustard greens/mushrooms/onion/garlic in butter - finger licking good!
