Yesterday:
Breakfast: pork bulk sausage, eggs, strawberries, coffee with a bit of coconut milk
Lunch: roasted chicken quarter and romaine lettuce salad with veggies and a bit of walnut oil/salt & pepper dressing
30 mile lovely bike ride - had a small piece of nitrate free beef jerky with 4 dried cherries (unsweetened) and 4 macadamia nuts at the halfway point.
D: 4 oz baked Pacific salmon, sauteed bok choy and lacinto kale, 1 beer
Today:
Breakfast: eggs, bacon, baby spinach, coffee
75 minute hard workout - though it wasn't as hard as it once was
L: cold roasted chicken quarter and strawberries (between workout and Irish Festival - figured I was less likely to eat bad stuff if I ate first).

D: 3 ounces braised arm roast (heavenly!) with bok choy and kale sauteed with onion, mushrooms, garlic and olive oil. I had a good amount of garlic in the broth for the braising as well. It is good I am single with all of the garlicDessert was a little "shake" made with 1/4 cup coconut milk and strawberries blended with 3 ice cubes. Delish!
