I am currently the coach with my partner who had hers done August 15th. Sunday she hiked 3.5 miles up the ridge with an elevation gain over over 1100 feet. It's amazing what a new knee can do!

Hope it all works well and fast, Bike Writer. Yes, my partner has a some problems with a knee but he's cycled several thousand km. annually. It never gives him problem then.

I hope the op, rehab and recovery all go well, that the snow season is short and that you'll be back on your bike sooner than you hope.
