B: cereal and milk, coffee
L: 2 pieces of cheese
Snack: one square piece of cheese, couple small carrots, broccoli off of a party plate with hummus
Dinner: went all out - it was our 24th anniversary; sirloin steak, au gratin potatoes, mixed veges, french onion soup, little bit of a spinach dip appetizer with chips, 2 glasses of red wine (couldn't quite finish the second glass). Wow, was I full! It was very good.
