B: cornflakes with fresh blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, skim milk. tea with skim milk
Then I biked for lst 42 kms. At restaurant, even before we sat down, I gobbled up a fresh apricot from my pannier.
L: eggs benedict over crab cakes with chipotle hollandaise sauce, large pineapple juice drink and 2 c. of coffee with milk
then cycled remaing 46 km. into a headwind-crosswind 75% of time. I was beat.
D: noodles with leftover venison, herbed wine sauce with cooked kohl rabi slices from a previous meal, sauteed green and yellow beans with basil and onions. Blackberry wine. (this was a home meal) Several pieces of cheese.
Tea with milk and handful of fresh cherries, for evening snack.
