(yeah yeah I know) . Also the way more agressive position with this bike than my steel bike got my lower back with some pain. I am proud of my self though but I know I need to practice some more with this new bike If I want to be able to complete the 50 mile event coming next month.
Did A few mountain bike miles today evening.
Go you is right! Which ride did you do yesterday?
You low back pain might be a result of tight hamstrings. Give them a good stretch before, during and after your rides to see if that helps.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
