B: scrambled eggs (2), 2 slices Black Forest ham, slice of Ezekial raisin toast, peaches and blueberries
S: 3 dried apricots and a handful of walnuts before ride
32 mile hilly ride; ate a Luna Bar over the course of the ride, 3/4 bottle of Nuun, a bottle of water
L: stopped and had lunch when we were about 7 miles from home. Had a grilled salmon sandwich on a roll (white, unfortunately) with lettuce and tomato, and a salad with vinaigrette. I really wanted fried scallops and onion rings.
S: corn tortilla
D: veal stew with tomato sauce, broccoli, basil, onion, white wine and whole wheat cous cous. This was a fail; the veal was tough, even though I made it exactly as directed.
