    Do they fit the same on your head? Fit is key with helmets.

    I would check out the Giro Skyla. Same price range and it's women's specific. Also has a ponytail port.

    I have the Indicator because I wanted the visor, but I think it is basically the same as the other one. The Skyla was too small for my big head, lol.

    I can fit my ponytail out of the back of the Indicator with no problem.

    I have no complaints about it, and actually just bought a new one to replace my 2 year old helmet.

    I really thing the "women-specific" helmets are a marketing gimmick. They're not that different.

    The two helmets are very similar, save the visor. Do you want the visor? Make sure it fits, for sure. Did you try on helmets from other companies?
    At least I don't leave slime trails.

    The Indicator has a visor for mtb purposes so would be my choice for the riding you do.

    But I agree with Tulip. Fit is paramount. Don't buy any helmet you haven't tried on. I can't wear Giro helmets at all; they just don't fit my head shape. Bell fits me much better, but even then, some styles fit better than others.
    Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
