    Yesterday:

    B: eggs, 2 slices uncured bacon, strawberries, coffee
    S: a few macadamia nuts
    L: pulled chicken breast, small amount of slaw (forgot my lunch so had to go forage in the commercial jungle)
    S: roasted chicken thigh
    15 hard mile ride (short but felt great!)
    D: kale chips, roasted chicken breast, spinach salad with veggies & olive oil/lemon juice dressing

    still not feeling well yesterday. Antibiotic is working, but I take a long time to recover. Forcing myself not to ride, walk, or go to the gym. Basically, have felt too bad to do anything except work, sleep, etc. My weight is down.
    B: whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese and lox. Peach and blueberries, coffee.
    L: left over apple curry chicken and cous cous
    S: nuts and cranberries
    D: yellowfin tuna with mango chutney, brown rice

    We are spending the night in Boston tonight and eating dinner and breakfast tomorrow out. Another thing we bid on at that auction. I am a little better this morning, so I am hoping to be well enough to walk on the Rose Kennedy Greenway tomorrow. I won't attempt to ride until Saturday.

    L: cheerios and a peach with 1% milk
    Snack: few slices of sirloin
    D: chicken enchiladas, spanish rice, 1 beer

    B: cheerios, 1/2 peach, 1 % milk, coffee
    L: leftover chicken enchiladas and rice
    D: 1 beer, pork chop, butter beans, piece of cornbread
    small helping of ice cream

    B: egg white omelette with pesto and an orange, coffee
    S: nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits
    L: turkey on a whole wheat wrap, with mustard and low fat provolone, peach
    15.5 mile ride, first in a week... finally feeling better
    S:slice of Ezekial bread with hummus
    D: 2 grilled chicken thighs with a cumin rub, brussel sprouts, sweet potato, 2 squares dark chocolate, glass of red wine

    B: toast and peanut butter, coffee
    Had a very early tennis match
    Snack: protein cereal bar of some sort
    L: 1 pork chop and butter beans, 1 beer
    D: 2 chicken thighs, roasted potatoes, corn, 1 glass wine

    B: cornflakes with fresh blueberries and skim milk, tea with skim milk

    Snack: fresh apricot, fresh plum

    2 coffees with milk, pretzel bun

    Dinner: cheese bun with..sliced fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and brie cheese, onions. A side dish of blanched yellow and green beans. Tea with skim milk. Slice of cantaloupe
