Let's not mention the weekend....back on track now though. Considering it was a camping/mtb weekend I didn't do too badly. Until there was beer...
Today:
B: eggs, 2 slices uncured bacon, spinach, a bit of whole milk, coffee
1 hour hard workout
S: macadamia nuts and a few raisins
L: roasted chicken, salad with baby spinach, kale, carrots, onion, tomato, broccoli, olive oil/lemon juice dressing
S: a few macadamia nuts
D: roasted chicken, kale, onion, and mushrooms (veggies sauteed in coconut oil - yummy!), strawberries with a bit of coconut milk poured over for dessert.
Still under my calorie target a bit, but not too bad.
