L: salad with turkey breast, grape tomatoes, romaine, an apple
S: Ezekial raisin bread, toasted
D: w went out to a really nice restaurant in Boston and then to see Billy Elliot. Although it was noisy, the food was great. I cheated a bit... appetizer of tuna carpaccio, pretty normal size serving of orrechiete pasta with broccoli and spicy sausage crumbles in a broth kind of sauce, 1 piece of bread with hummus, shared a small round piece of decadent chocolate cake with DH, oh yea and 2.5 glasses of sangria.

Today:
Did a very hard just under 50 mile ride. Did not feel so great from last night, mostly from lack of enough sleep.
B: 2 eggs over easy, 2 pieces TJ's uncured bacon, one piece Ezekial raisin toast, a peach, coffee.
L: soy nut butter and jelly sand. on Ezekial whole wheat (ate about 3/4), handful of nuts. I can't eat in the middle of hard rides.
while riding, I had 1.5 bottles of Nuun and some plain water, a Luna Bar, one shot block
S: slice of low salt Black Forest ham, 2 whole wheat crackers, a beer
D: (it's cooking) quiche made with tofu instead of eggs, red pepper, summer squash, and mushrooms, topped with tomato
