    Haven't really been participating but am in a fitness challenge with 3 other friends. Intense 30 minute workouts, 3 x's a week plus my regular biking and hiking.
    at end of week 3 I am down 4.2 pounds but more important - I have dropped 4% of body fat!!! 3 more weeks to go, hoping for at least 8 pounds and to lose 6% of body fat

    Ha! My weight fluctuates 4 lbs in a weekend! Electrolyte intake and softserve ice cream. But a ton of water and it comes back off.

    I didn't weigh in after my kayak trip last week mostly because I forgot until it was already the middle of the week. On Sunday night when I got home though, I was up 5 whole pounds!!

    It's gone now though. 147 again.
