3 dried apricots and handful of walnuts before boot camp
B: egg whites mixed with diced yellow pepper and mushrooms, peach, coffee
L: 2 veggie burger patties, cole slaw, an apple
S: 2 whole wheat pita crackers, slice of provolone
D: 3 chicken tenders marinated in light coconut milk/curry, grilled, with "satay" sauce made of soy nut butter, light coconut milk, red pepper flakes, lime juice, and whole wheat soba, glass of red wine
