S: almonds, raisins
L: "Taco salad" with grass-fed ground beef, mixed greens, onion and tomato
D: Peppered rare Ahi Tuna mixed green salad with lots of veggies and avocado. 1/4 pint beer (it was very good, but STRONG...and storming outside so sadly left 3/4 of the glass full)
