Just curious what don't you like about chia seeds?

I've been eating way too many and if they're not good for me I need to know!

I've been reading some research on different grains and some natural defenses they have against being digested and how these "defenses" can affect the body if they get past our digestive system and are absorbed by the body - and apparently this can happen for those of us with stomach issues. When I get home tonight I will try to find that information and send it to you via the messages. Chia seeds are considered a "pseudo-grain" of course and aren't a true grain, but they do share this feature.

If you have a sensitive gut, you'll want to go for the whey isolate over the concentrate. Some concentrates can cause belly issues.
