During the rowing, have you seen the people biking along on the side? At first I thought they were spectators, but then it looked like all of the bikes were the same, so I'm not sure if they are media? Judges?

My niece is on a paddling team in Honolulu and her coach rides on a bike and yells at them.

It would be a grand way to be a spectator, although probably not if there was a crowd.
