    Today:

    B: 2 eggs, kashi autumn wheat, skim milk, coffee

    6:00 am 1 hour group training session
    post-workout: 11 ounce chocolate Muscle Milk

    L: pasta spinach salad, smoked andouille chicken sausage
    S: 1/2 cup Blue Bell ice cream
    D: roasted skinless chicken breast, romaine lettuce salad with no-fat yogurt/cucumbers/tomato/onion, skim milk
