Indysteel: Although it may be a tad bit slower, I always used to drive through the White Mountains (Rt2) especially in the fall. It's absolutely gorgeous anytime of year, but especially in the fall. Have fun in Bar Harbor, lots of places to ride and great views as well. Don't forget to bring your camera!!

It's a Scalpel 1. Yes, I am spoiled. Way too nice a bike for me, honestly . With all the carbon parts (including the fork), I am sometimes nervous about riding it!

And Indy - ditto to what Ridebikeme said about the Whites. Beautiful in the fall, or anytime for that matter. And MUCH more scenic than heading south on I-95.

Nice bike Shefly!! Over the years, I've had several in the shop and of course always had to take them for a ride I wouldn't say that it is too nice for you; you're simply 'testing' technology each time that you ride LOL!
