WAMC (west aust marathon club) 10km Run for gold...50min...Awesome...Knew I was working me behind off as hr was up & about 1/2 km towards the end thought i'd lose some of my brekkie...(didn't)
Another 1/2 in 3 weeks & aim's for around 2:05...
