We have had great success with Voler for various team kit orders. Highly recommended.

I've used Mt Borah and Hincapie Sportswear. Like them both, like the products, like the customer service. I'd recommend either of them.

I have custom jerseys at home that are by Voler, Primal and Sugoi. Of those 3, I think that Voler has the best quality of materials and workmanship. The Primal jersey I have is nice with exception of the zipper, it seems really cheap. I'm glad to hear that others like Voler as well.

The Sugoi jersey I have is about 8 years old, so it's likely not representative of what they are doing now.

I like the material on the voler stuff. It really breathes. I also really like their thick vest with pockets - that's a great piece.

I love the construction of Voler's stuff. I just wish that their jerseys were a better fit on me. I've never had one that fit my (curvy) chest properly. Primal is a better fit from that standpoint.

You may have already found a custom jersey maker, but I just saw your post. I had custom jerseys done this summer by blackbottoms.com, which is in Utah. They were great to work with and they did the design work for me, based on suggestions we gave them. Their prices were very reasonable and I also liked they had a low minimum (6) to order. They will do jerseys and/or shorts + other items. We chose to just do jerseys. I dealt with Jenny. The design came out great, they seem to be high quality jerseys (full zip and club and/or race fit options for men and women) and everyone loved the shirts, which we wore on a Tahoe charity ride.

Here's the front and back of the jerseys we did.
