B: tuna over sliced tomatoes, with melted cheddar, small bowl of a new cereal I bought. They always stop making the ones I like! This is a combo of quinoa, corn, and one other grain I can't spell. Anyway, I had that with some 1% milk, and blueberries
S: handful of nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits
L: salad with left over white beans, quinoa, tomatoes, sliced chicken
S: slice of Ezekial bread and roasted red pepper hummus
D: home made tostada, on a corn tortilla, lettuce, chicken, with home made salsa (tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, spices), queso fresco, brown rice with chipolte seasoning
    2 squares dark chocolate

Yesterday was a rest day outside of a lengthy gentle stretching session with some corrective exercises at my gym. Still rehabbing my bent boob/chest muscles. Much better, but still somewhat sore.

    Yesterday:

B: Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal with raisins, skim milk, 1 whole egg with 1egg white
L: roasted skinless chicken wrap with salsa, a bit of cheese, skim milk
    S: orange
D: romaine lettuce "wraps" with roasted skinless chicken, sliced whole tomato, a few baked multi-grain tortilla chips. Skim milk.

Rest day again today - so my diet won't differ too much today, though a beer will likely be added. Tomorrow I plan on starting to ramp up my activity levels, starting with a ride. I may ride later today depending on weather.

When we first moved here from AZ, DS #1 was addicted to corn dogs. Alas, no grocery store within Greater Boston or southern NH carried them. He had to go cold turkey. He just recently told me he served tofu corn dogs at a bbq he had at his house. That just seems wrong.
B: half a whole wheat bagel, with melted low fat cheddar, 2 eggs over easy, blueberries, tea
22 mile ride, bottle of Nuun
L: veggie wrap on a whole wheat wrap at a cafe, carbonated water, 4 oz. no fat frozen yogurt in a cone
S: coffee, slice of Ezekial bread
D: kind of late... I made home made pizza (OK, not the crust) with roasted pepper, zucchini, basil, and fontina cheese on whole wheat dough, one glass of rose wine
I had way too much bread yesterday, but, I seem to need it when I'm riding in the heat.

I remember corn dogs, I always loved the taste but my body doesn't like them Kind of like popcorn, my taste-buds and body have different reactions to them, sadly.

    Today:

First Breakfast: Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal with skim milk, 5 almonds, coffee
    22.5 mile bike ride
Second Breakfast: 4 ounces pulled chicken breast with a bit of cheddar melted on it, salsa, 1 slice Ezekiel bread toast

1 hour advanced Bosu class with weights (HARD class)
1.25 hour hard metabolic/functional fitness group training (I never know what to call it)
post-workout snack: Power bar (toffee chocolate chip)

L: chile-onion tortilla with 4 ounces pulled chicken, a bit of cheese, salsa, romaine lettuce. Skim milk and 1 cup Blue Bell Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream for dessert.

Dinner will probably feature garlic chicken sausage, brown rice medley, a small salad and a beer. There will be an evening snack of fruit.

I won't be meeting my net calorie targets for today... Had fun though
