What is nu?

Lära bars have been around for years, most supermarkets have them, they are gluten and GMO free, and with the exception of chocolate chip flavors that may have been cross-contaminated, they are also dairy and soy free.

The Lara bars are ok. This one really fills me up. I got to try them at REI as they have sample days.

We got samples from the Kenda pro bike team here in March. I like them a lot although they are a little bit expensive

We love Bonk Breaker bars. They have some amazing flavors, too. I tried the PB/Banana one and the Almond Butter/Honey...both were awesome. Hubby's fav is the PB/Chocolate Chip. I see they have a few new flavors out now...Blueberry Oat and Apple Pie...sounds yummy! Only gripe is that they are a bit pricey. It's cheaper to find a whole box of them online for a good price, then to buy them individually.
