    Since I am back I will post today's food, though I was running out so it was the worse day of the week, nutrition wise:

    B: Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal, banana, skim milk, 2 large cups of coffee
    S: 1/2 Power Bar
    1:30 minute mtb ride

    L: banana, PB, Ezekial bread sandwich, a few baked multigrain tortilla chips

    1:15 minute mtb ride

    Power bar and chocolate 1% milk - I was starving for some reason

    D: roasted skinless chicken breast, Blue Bells mint chocolate chip ice cream (have been craving this all week)

    Back to normal tomorrow, though most of this week my diet has been the usual.
