    L: left over grilled tofu and soba noodles, an apple
    S: nuts and cranberries, slice of Ezekial bread
    D: left over spaghetti squash with ground turkey marinara, a peach, 2 squares dark chocolate

    A wierd day for me and also based on buying groceries yesterday to fill an empty fridge, but only as much as I could bike homeward, after returning from lst home to 2nd home.

    B
    cornflakes with skim milk, fresh blackberries and raspberries, milk with tea.
    Snacks of:
    coffee, large ginger cookie
    Forgot to eat an apple due to pressing work assignment..

    D
    pasta with half tin of pink salmon and Dijon mustard
    cornflakes with milk, fruit (yea, I know I'm abit nuts)
    2 c. of tea with skim milk

    Saving some groceries for family members who will be visiting me shortly (right now not sure where they are in the city. And I bet they barely know themselves but having a good time. ) I need to stay at home and clean up my place before they descend upon here.

    Since I am back I will post today's food, though I was running out so it was the worse day of the week, nutrition wise:

    B: Kashi Autumn Wheat cereal, banana, skim milk, 2 large cups of coffee
    S: 1/2 Power Bar
    1:30 minute mtb ride

    L: banana, PB, Ezekial bread sandwich, a few baked multigrain tortilla chips

    1:15 minute mtb ride

    Power bar and chocolate 1% milk - I was starving for some reason

    D: roasted skinless chicken breast, Blue Bells mint chocolate chip ice cream (have been craving this all week)

    Back to normal tomorrow, though most of this week my diet has been the usual.

    B: leftover eggs topped with avocado, black coffee
    S: banana
    L: two salmon sweet potato cakes, mixed veggies topped with olive oil, blueberries
    D: pork fried 'rice' - Chinese BBQ pork stir fried with cauliflower rice and veggies and egg. Delicious!

    L: pretzels and cherries
    D: 1 margarita, chile colorado (beef), rice, whole beans (yummy)

    banana before 5 AM 14 mile ride
    B: tuna over sliced tomatoes, with melted cheddar, small bowl of a new cereal I bought. They always stop making the ones I like! This is a combo of quinoa, corn, and one other grain I can't spell. Anyway, I had that with some 1% milk, and blueberries
    S: handful of nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits
    L: salad with left over white beans, quinoa, tomatoes, sliced chicken
    S: slice of Ezekial bread and roasted red pepper hummus
    D: home made tostada, on a corn tortilla, lettuce, chicken, with home made salsa (tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, spices), queso fresco, brown rice with chipolte seasoning
    2 squares dark chocolate
