The bike shop guy was not as much help as I would have liked. Their repair shop is good though and depending on who waits on you there is a possibility of good service. I was empowered with information gleaned from this wonderful site though After dropping a significant amount of money on a new ride I wasn't going to hang up the bike after one dump! (Douchebag) The light action speed plays are nice and I really enjoyed the extra power from the upstroke!

The stock saddle on the Ruby was certainly better than the one on the Madone. The Madone I rode wasn't tuned up either and the gears rattled. What a turn off! The saddle was like sitting on a hatchet! I was going to mention it to the shop guy but figured I would get further in testosteroneville with a demure approach. :roll eyes:

I ordered a Selle Italia Diva Gel Flow. The cut out works for me and I need a bit wider seat than a 143. Will report back if it is the one?
