    L: chicken apple sausages, baby carrots with guacamole, cherries
    S: a mammoth-sized peach
    D: Huge salad - all veggies, topped with olive oil and balsamic
    S: orange


    Sunday

    B: scrambled eggs with zucchini, mushrooms and onions topped with avocado, bacon and black coffee
    L: mango sausage, apple with almond butter
    S: raspberries and blueberries from our garden
    D: fajita steak salad with guac and grilled veggies, topped with salsa
    S: orange

    Saturday:
    B: 3 eggs, hashbrowns, 3 pieces bacon, 1 piece wg toast, coffee, oj
    Kayaking most of afternoon
    L: 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sammy, 1 nectarine
    D: chicken with veges and rice, 1 beer

    Sunday:
    B: cereal, raspberries, 1% milk, coffee
    3 hours of tennis
    L: 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich, lemonade
    S: chips and salsa, 1 beer
    D: lasagna, 1 glass red wine, garlic bread
    1 cupcake with cream filling and chocolate sauce

    B: wheat chex, 1% milk, coffee
    Snack: 2 peanut butter crackers
    L: lasagna
    1 beer
    Dinner: 1 pork chop, mashed potatoes, green beans,1 glass red wine

    B: leftover eggs with veggies scrambled in and a 1/3 piece of bacon
    S: black coffee and a banana
    L: 2 chicken apple sausages, 2 c mixed veggies
    D: peach, pecans, baby carrots with guacamole and char siu (Chinese BBQ pork)

    2 mile run (1st time in 8 weeks, supposed to be a rest day)
    B: 2 scrambled eggs with low salt ham (4 slices), green chili salsa, an orange, coffee
    L: salad with the left over brown rice/black beans/corn, chicken breast, salsa
    S: slice of raisin Ezekial brad
    D: 4 whole wheat pita rounds, roasted red pepper hummus, half a grilled eggplant with olive oil and oregano, whole wheat cous cous with grape tomatoes, white beans, and balsamic vinegar, 2 squares dark chocolate

    L: fajita salad (steak, chicken, peppers, onions, lettuce, guacamole, salsa)
    D: carrots, guacamole, BBQ pork, blueberries
    S: handful of macadamia nuts and pecans
