B: 2 scrambled eggs, Kashi Winter Wheat cereal, skim, coffee
10.5 mile rather warm bike ride
L: pulled roasted skinless chicken breast burrito with Trader Joe's chile-onion tortilla, salsa, <1/4 cup cheese, banana
S: 4 tablespoons Blue Bell Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.
D: 1 slice Ezekiel bread toast with smoked salmon and salsa, a very small baked potato, whole medium tomato with no-fat cottage cheese. 1 beer, and probably another one later.
I am trying to cook as little as possible, it is just too hot! Need to cook tomorrow for my camping trip but the heat is supposed to break tonight/tomorrow.
