    Today (rest day):

    B: 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites, Ezekial bread toast, skim milk, coffee

    L: Burrito on chile-onion tortilla with roasted skinless chicken breast, a bit of cheese, romaine lettuce, salsa

    D: smoked salmon on Ezekial bread toast with a bit of salsa, Romaine lettuce with cottage cheese.

    S: 1/4 cup Blue Bell ice cream

    I have been ravenous and my weight is down. I rested today.
    B: whole wheat bagel, light cream cheese, lox, tomato, blueberries, coffee
    L: chicken sandwich on spelt roll, mustard, cole slaw
    S: whole wheat pita rounds (5?) and hummus
    D: one boneless chicken breast marinated in hoisin/ginger grilled with whole wheat soba noodles in a chili-soy nut butter sauce, and asparagus. Went out for soft serve ice cream... 4 oz. of "twist" with chocolate dip

    B: frittata with bacon, mushroom and kale in it, black coffee, handful of cherries
    L: leftover thai pumpkin curry with extra veggies thrown in
    S: handful of macadamias and some cherries
    D: tacos (2 egg white tortillas, spinach, pico, taco seasoned ground beef, guacamole)
    Treat: 1 frozen banana w/ small handful of pecans

    B: 2 scrambled eggs, Kashi Winter Wheat cereal, skim, coffee

    10.5 mile rather warm bike ride

    L: pulled roasted skinless chicken breast burrito with Trader Joe's chile-onion tortilla, salsa, <1/4 cup cheese, banana

    S: 4 tablespoons Blue Bell Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.

    D: 1 slice Ezekiel bread toast with smoked salmon and salsa, a very small baked potato, whole medium tomato with no-fat cottage cheese. 1 beer, and probably another one later.

    I am trying to cook as little as possible, it is just too hot! Need to cook tomorrow for my camping trip but the heat is supposed to break tonight/tomorrow.

    Coffee!
    Tea, mini scones
    Chicken salad

    B: egg whites and pesto, small amount of corn/flax/quinoa cereal, 1% milk, strawberries and blueberries
    L: chicken breast sandwich, tomato, mustard on spelt roll, an orange
    went on a 23.5 mile very hot and hilly ride. Had one bottle of Nuun, one Shot Block
    D: Dinner at son's house. DIL made udon noodles with soy sausages, and lots of veggies, 1/2 a beer

    D: Huge salad - all veggies, topped with olive oil and balsamic

    L: mango sausage, apple with almond butter
    S: raspberries and blueberries from our garden
    D: fajita steak salad with guac and grilled veggies, topped with salsa
    S: orange

    Kayaking most of afternoon
    L: 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sammy, 1 nectarine
    D: chicken with veges and rice, 1 beer

    Sunday:
    B: cereal, raspberries, 1% milk, coffee
    3 hours of tennis
    L: 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich, lemonade
    S: chips and salsa, 1 beer
    D: lasagna, 1 glass red wine, garlic bread
    1 cupcake with cream filling and chocolate sauce
