50-mile hot bike ride, with a headwind the last 10 (uphill) miles: 9(!) bottles of water, 1 bottle diluted Gatorade, 2 tubes + 1 shot blocks, one Clif bar.
small frappucino with whipped cream. I think I earned it, no?
Bag of potato chips, glass of Gatorade.
Bottle of Lifewater.
Chicken salad + salad greens on a bun
small glass of coconut water

Today:
Making up for that calorie deficit, I think...
Yogurt smoothie (~1/3 cup Greek yogurt, 5 strawberries, whole banana)
Espresso+cream and a Luna bar (those are good!)
Lunch at "Mexican" place: Taco salad (with chicken)
Clif Builder's bar and 10oz bottle of diluted Gatorade
partial Chipotle burrito (much better than the place we ate lunch!), Coke.
