Luckily, Cassie Cat did not mind sharing the bed, so I took a nap after I ran this morning. But sleeping during the day leaves me "fuzzy."

It may be mostly semantics, but I think a trainer is a person who is out there with you, standing over you, and shouting "give me 100 more!", etc. Originally Posted by MaTadams
