Yep, starting there. I am hoping at this point it is simply sore breast tissue, cause I can't see how ice can help me' pecs since they have so much...padding
I've learned the best way to ice whatever currently needs addressingis to mix water and rubbing alcohol in a ziplock baggie and freeze that. It takes some experimenting to get the right percentage, but when it is done properly it creates an icy slush that molds nicely around whatever body part is sore. This works much nicer than ice cubes.

Hopefully things will be more calm tomorrow after doing what I can. Leaning over does cause more discomfort, and poking around does find soreness, but for the life if me I can't figure out if it is muscular or tissue. I don't know that it really matters or changes how to treat it.
