Boy,...... is pain a PAIN!!! My fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis are killing me with this winter storm coming in and over the weekend also! But I know for a FACT that exercise always made me feel better, stronger....(once I quit hurting!) I have the bruises to prove it!! My legs are technicolor from all the bumps and banging getting me in that saddle and then down the road around our RV park! But nothing, absolutely NOTHING IS GOING TO KEEP ME DOWN!!!
