I used it when I first started running back in '05. LOVED it (I was never a runner before).
I just used it to ease back into running this spring after a 4 month lay-off from a stress fracture in my tibia.
But I have one warning for you: be aware that this program will more than likely lead to a severe case of run-love! You may become addicted and never want to stop.
7 years, 8 marathons and 2 ultramarathons later, I'm still running... and still loving it.![]()
