    I was just checking the national temperatures and most of the country is hotter than us. That just isn't right. So if you don't want as cool as Susan, but can take some heat, head to Florida. I watched mine temps versus a place I used to live in Ohio and well most of the time we were cooler even overnight.

    got up at o dark am this morning to ride.(6;15) knocked off a 32 mile ride, came home and noticed the salty sweat rings are back all over the garage floor whenever I stand still to check the bike.

    The dogs both get their salty highs as I walked across the kitchen to the bedroom, and they weren't even licking my legs but instead the floor where I had walked. Incidentally this was upon my return at 8;00 AM.

    I'm thinking it's about time to move the bike indoors under the ac vent in front of the fan except for the weekly group training ride.

    sigh....
