B: I made the quinoa, sweet potato, and egg dish and had some blueberries and coffee with it.
S: before my ride to do errands I had half a Luna Bar (12.5 mile ride)

We rode another century today
Breakfast: hashed potatoes with all kinds of veggies, scrambled eggs, buttered biscuit, OJ
Morning snacks: clif margarita shot blocks, small can of OJ
Lunch: Luna peanut honey pretzel bar, the best $1 hot dog I have ever eaten, 3 string cheeses, 1 banana, celery and peanut butter
Afternoon snacks: clif shot blocks, peanut honey pretzel bar
Post-ride: Recoverite, some pretzels
Dinner: spaghetti with meat sauce, delicious bread and butter, fruit salad, and apple-walnut pie from Avon Cafe!
Late night snack: more fresh baked bread.

I decided that I'm going to post the previous day's food.
Yesterday:
B - cold chicken, 1/2 apple, almond butter
S - black coffee, 1 oz nuts
L - steak fajita salad with quac and salsa
S - 1 T coconut butter
D - huge fricken steak with a pile of asparagus at a restaurant (that only serves local grass fed beef and it was outstandingly delicious!)

B: two small pieces WG toast, butter, coffee
Snack: apple and carrot juice (fresh juiced)
Lunch: leftover rice noodles with vege stir fry, 1/2 of a grilled chicken breast, 1 peach chobani yogurt
Snack: 1 beer
Dinner: 3 slices grilled steak, salad with blue cheese crumbles and vinaigrette, few roasted potatoes, 1 glass red wine
Dessert: 1 piece yummy cherry pie
slice of Ezekial bread and soy nut butter before riding to the gym at 4:50 AM, to boot camp class. Ate half a Luna Bar before the ride home, for a total of 13.5 miles
B: ate the rest of the left over quinoa/sweet potato/pepper mixture, with some egg whites scrambled over that, blueberries, coffee
L: salmon burger patty, cole slaw, an apple
S: nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits, then later a slice of Ezekial bread with hummus
D: one veal scallopini slice sauted in olive oil, with whole wheat bread crumbs, yellow squash and mushrooms, whole wheat angel hair with marinara, glass of red wine, 2 squares dark chocolate
