Cannondale is generally good about avoiding purple or pink or swirls on their higher end bikes...it's the ones $1000 or less that tend to get more WSD-looking. I'm assuming that image is the top-of-the-line spec'd model. I'd likely end up on something a model or two down...maybe in the $1200 range.
